Revenues of £3-30m, EBITDA of £0.8-3.0m.
Profitability
EBITDA margins of 15% or more for at least five consecutive years.

Organic growth of 5% p.a. for at least 5 consecutive years, with a favourable outlook / catalyst for growth on the horizon

While this phase involves a lot of analysis, the main goal is to establish a relationship and build a quality partnership with you.

We Are Partners.
We’ll sign documents and wire you the money. You will continue leading your business, receiving annual distributions as we grow your business together.
In addition, a built-in exit strategy gives you the option to participate in the upside of the platform, and retire with your finances secured.

SO Holdings was founded by two brothers (Ollie and Sam) with deep cumulative experience across:
M&A / Buy & Build: led over 17 acquisitions across multiple jurisdictions ranging in size from £1-50m EV
Fundraising: raised over 9 figures of debt and equity capital from international institutional investors, family offices and angels
Team Building: founding and scaling teams internationally from 0 to 100+ employees
Being A Founder: we know the journey is never linear with many twist and turns
